Cozino is a Wild West themed slot and casino site for UK players which until autumn 2022 was on the Skill On Net platform. It’s now moved to Jumpman.
Cozino online casino originally launched in 2018 on the SkillOnNet platform but recently made the move over to Jumpman Gaming, joining some of my other favourite sites like Zeus Bingo and Cash Arcade. The shift means a few things have changed – it has a totally new bonus system which revolves around Trophies and a few more game providers can now be found here.
Jumpman is well-known for having bright and bold themes but I can’t help but think Cozino could do with a little bit of a makeover. It already runs Wild West Wins, and the Jumpman network ain’t big enough for two cowboy themed casinos.
So, while I do like the design, with a vibrant ghost town serving as the backdrop to the site, I think Cozino would benefit by differentiating itself a little bit and having its own USP in terms of branding and theme.
Signing up at Cozino is a simple process, especially if you’ve played at any other Jumpman brand. You’ll fill out a couple of forms with your name, address, and contact details, and if everything lines up (and the site can verify you automatically), you’re good to go.
If it’s unable to confirm who you are, you’ll need to send in scans of documents like your driver’s license and a recent utility bill. This all usually gets approved within a couple of hours, so it’s not a big delay if your ID verification isn’t processed during registration.
One thing that sets Cozino apart from other sites that aren’t on the Jumpman network is that you can sign up via PayPal. Honestly, though, I’m not sure it saves you that many steps, unless you want to deposit money right away. Most players will find that just going through the normal sign-up forms is enough.
In the bingo section, you’ll find a fun little selection of bingo rooms where you can enjoy a few games around the clock. There’s always some activity here, with dozens of players in each room at any given time. Theres’s the usual 90-ball and 80-ball bingo games along with a 30 ball Zoom Room and the popular Pragmatic Play title Animingo. Even though it’s quite a small offering, the prize pools are anything but; you’ll find tens of thousands of pounds in jackpots and quite a few rooms with just 1p tickets.
Like other sites in the Jumpman network, Cozino is heavily focused on slots—particularly bigger titles by well-known providers. You’ll find a bit of everything from the usual suspects like Play’n GO, Games Global, Playtech, Pragmatic Play. These developers have made a name for themselves by pumping out tons of new games every month, and Cozino has all of their biggest hits like Big Bass Bonanza, Book of Dead and 9 Pots of Luck.
What I also appreciate, though, is that Cozino puts just as much of a focus on games from smaller, more boutique studios like Thunderkick and Hacksaw Gaming. The result is a massive library (well over 3,000 games) that has ballooned to thousands of games with plenty of diversity. So, you could spend a while here trying out all sorts of different features and mechanics.
One of the major changes in the move from SkillOnNet to Jumpman is the addition to new game studios. Yggdrasil and Thunderkick are brands weren’t previously available at the old Cozino, but they are available here now so if you want to take a spin on Esqueleto Explosivo or Pink Elephants, feel free!
Cozino also features a decent number of progressive jackpots. The vast majority of these are powered by Eyecon, but there are a few from Yggdrasil like Jackpot Raiders and Holmes and the Stolen Stones. The only downside is that there aren’t any jackpot counters in the lobby. You’ll need to open each game to see how big the pot has grown, which is a little bothersome when you have to wait for five different games to open and load before you find one with a jackpot that you think is worth playing for.
Something I’d say is worth noting for those of you who like to mix it up a little bit is that there are no RNG table games or live dealer games at all at Cozino. Most Jumpman Casinos have at least a dozen but that’s not the case here. I would like to think that Cozino just hasn’t added them yet but the site moved to Jumpman in 2022. If tables aren’t available now, then it’s unlikely that they’ll be on the menu any time in the near future, especially as there isn’t even a casino tab in the lobby.
Still, it’s not essential for a good online casino to have live dealer games. Cozino is doing perfectly fine without them and, if I wasn’t writing a review about this site, I probably wouldn’t have even noticed they were missing.
Beyond the welcome bonus, Cozino keeps things lively with daily, weekly, and monthly promotions. There’s always some kind of prize draw, bonus spins happy hour or cashback offer happening – and, there’s also the occasional prize giveaway for Amazon vouchers or tech gadgets.
The main draw is the Trophies system, where you unlock trophies by completing mini-challenges (like playing a certain number of spins). Every five trophies you earn bumps you up a tier, awarding a stash of free spins or a spin on the Mega Reel where you can win hundreds of bonus spins. It’s a fun gamification feature, but it’s important to remember that the same wagering requirements that come attached to the main bonuses also apply to any bonuses you get via Trophies – a whopping 65x.
In terms of banking, what you get at Cozino doesn’t differ much from other Jumpman brands. You can deposit via debit cards, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, or PaysafeCard, among others. If you prefer using your phone bill (Pay by Mobile), that’s also an option, albeit with a fee, which is pretty rare at UK casinos nowadays. And speaking of fees – Cozino charges a small fixed transaction fee on withdrawals (usually £2.50).
All in all, I would say that Cozino checks a lot of the boxes if you’re a slot-focused player who appreciates a large, well-rounded library. I’m always pleased when a site puts some love into showcasing games from smaller studios like Thunderkick and Hacksaw on top of the usual Pragmatic/Play’n GO classics). The bingo section adds a nice bit of variety, too, and the Trophies system is also fun if you like gamified rewards.
On the other hand, if you’re a big fan of live casino games, you’ll have to look elsewhere; the site doesn’t currently offer any RNG tables or live dealer options. Also, the withdrawal fee and pending period aren’t super appealing but aren’t deal-breakers. Still, for the casual slots fan or anyone seeking a straightforward site without too many frills, Cozino is a site I’d say to check out.
65 x bonus on slots, excluding progressive jackpots – only bonus play is counted
