Buzz Bingo is a Playtech bingo site which is one of the most innovative out there. It’s got exclusive bingo rooms, a strong community, a live bingo product like no other and some of the best promotions in the business. The welcome offer is in two parts (one for bingo and one for slots) and you can claim either or both.
Buzz Bingo launched with a big fanfare in October 2018; the online bingo site came into being the same week as Buzz took over the chain of bricks and mortar bingo halls previously known as Gala Bingo) and part of the ethos of Buzz is the close relationship between the online and offline brands.
The people behind Buzz Bingo certainly know a thing or two about bingo and it really shows – it’s arguably the best bingo site on the UK market in terms of number and quality of bingo focused player promotions. They also very obviously care about customer service – the FAQs on site are really comprehensive and clearly written, and the terms and conditions are also super easy to read and understand. This is partly how come they have won so many awards that there is not room for them all on their website and they only display the most recent ones.
Player feedback is very important to Buzz and has informed the introduction of their current welcome bonus offer which, unlike the offer they originally launched with, comes with (modest) wagering requirements in order to offer a more generous bonus.
The latest iteration of the Buzz Bingo welcome offer is actually two offers – one for bingo and one for slots – and instead of having to choose between them, you can claim either or both. Depending on how your spend of £10 to claim the first offer works out, you may find you have sufficient winnings to meet the spend requirement for the second offer and claim it without having to make another deposit.
As of April 2025 the bingo rooms at Buzz Bingo include network 75 and 90 ball and speed bingo rooms plus the Playtech specials Deal or No Deal Bingo, Bouncy Balls Bingo, Cash Cubes, Clover Rollover Bingo, Fluffy Favourites Bingo and Spirit Twister. Plenty of different bingo games to try then! Completing the line-up of Playtech network rooms is the monthly big money game with a prize pool of £100K – Buzz don’t participate in the network daily and weekly jackpot games, probably because they have a better promotion in house, as we shall see.
There are also many exclusive bingo rooms:
The bingo rooms have hosted chat and minigames, and you can buy tickets up to a week in advance from the schedule.
Buzz are great innovators and also not afraid to move on from innovations that haven’t resonated well with their players (like the instant win lotto game Bingo Millions which was dropped in 2022). Using live presenters with a video feed is an innovation that HAS resonated with their players and a couple of years after its launch, what started as a few two hour sessions a week has grown to 12 hours of properly live bingo every day. The live video hosts compere the games, get involved in the chat and congratulate winners.
The Buzz Big Money games also have a live video presenter and this time they actually call the numbers. In another first, the games run online and in club which is why they are able to have such big prizes. It’s an incredible vibe!
Buzz Bingo have always been big on slots and indeed, there is a slots focused sister site Buzz Casino that can be played with the same login and wallet. But while there are a huge number of games available to play, there doesn’t seem to be much game categorisation in the lobby and there aren’t many exclusives. You may find yourself making heavy use of the search box.
There’s a section for brand new games in the Slots part of the lobby, of course, but apart from that there’s just an area for games you can also play in club (Rainbow Riches, Action Bank, Crown Gems and so forth), one for the Pragmatic Play Drops & Wins promotion and one for Instant Win games (Lucky Tap, scratchcards, pull tab etc).
Rather confusingly, there are several other areas of the Buzz Bingo site which have slot games.
One of them is the Casino lobby area which contains a large number of slot games by Playtech and subsidiaries Eyecon and Quickspin, as well as the selection of table games and live casino games (including live roulette, blackjack and game shows from Playtech).
Then there’s Slot Suites which contains Slingo games (but only around 20 of them) and Megaways slots games including Buzz Bingo Branded Megaways.
Finally there is the Jackpot Slots lobby area which includes Jackpot King, King Millions, Red Tiger Daily Drop, Eyecon Mega Jackpot, Fire Blaze, Age of the Gods, Kingdoms Rise, and Power Play. Other progressive jackpot slots including IGT Megajackpots and Playtech Sporting Legends can be found using the search box .
Although they have run a lot of slot promotions including free to enter tournaments in the past, most Buzz Bingo promotions these days are based around their live bingo sessions. They do usually also have a free daily game with bingo tickets or slot spins as possible prizes.
There’s a Slots Club you can join if you want to receive slots offers and promotions but be aware that it largely focuses on club based promotions.
Indeed, Buzz would clearly like to encourage their online members to play in club too for the full community experience. There’s a whole section of their website devoted to helping you find out about your nearest club and what’s on there. There’s FAQs, video tours, special promotions, food and drink menus (complete with allergen info) and details of special events.
In 2025, there’s lots of online gambling sites that cater for slots players who like to play a bit of bingo. Buzz Bingo, on the other hand, caters for bingo lovers who like to play some slots and does it VERY well. Although there’s a good range of slot and casino games, what it’s really all about at Buzz is the unique live bingo product with its video hosting and games running online and in club at the same time. The great sense of community that comes out of all this really makes Buzz stand out from its competitors and earns it a very unusual 5 star rating from us.
Buzz show everyone how it should be done. The Safer Gambling area includes step by step instructions on how to use the safer gambling tools (in clubs as well as online) and backs them up with an embedded YouTube video tutorial.
Hi just to let you know that Buzz bingo does not have a newbie room as stated (Access to Newbie Room for 7 days following registration (no deposit required), noon – 2pm and 6pm – 8pm – winnings paid in cash)
Thanks for the heads up and sorry – unfortunately it often happens that operators close or rearrange bingo rooms without letting us know. Review has been amended.

I used to love this site when I signed up always won now games freeze never any bonuses even thoe inspend a lot. Dont look after the loyal players made to feel like a liar when I contact support no play points or thanks for deposits could spend 1000s on this site just take take take now rude chat members
Why aren’t you showing my comment ?
Sorry – your comments were in the moderation queue (which we have to have as otherwise we’d be overwhelmed with spam) and outside of office hours there was no-one available to moderate. Please let me know if they don’t get back to you this morning and I will contact them to find out what’s happened.
We’ve now established that this was an issue affecting every new player at every Virtue Fusion bingo site, not just Buzz. We believe it has been fixed now.
Contacted support via email regarding deposit bonus

They say on the website “waiting to hear from you etc etc but no reply ?

They say to contact customer service before playing any more – 0808 169 1459 or [email protected] Hope that helps
Hi I just deposited through best new bingo sites.co.uk a £5 deposit but I haven’t received the bonus yet ?
Hi there – you’ll need to play through the deposit on bingo tickets to trigger the bonus (“deposit and spend”). Happy bingoing!
I want to clarify the welcome offer. You don’t get anything if you deposit £5 it’s only when you deposit and spend £10 on bingo and you get £20 for anything on the online site, 10 free slots spins and 2x£5 club vouchers. I currently work at one of the club sites and promote this on a daily basis.
Hi Hannah – you are absolutely right about what the regular welcome offer is. The £5 deposit offer is exclusive to us (and our sister site WDW Bingo) and can only be claimed by following our link.
I love buzz bingo I win I loose but I also wait a lot for 1tg which makes it more fun.slots could be a bit better but still a great site
Nice bingo
i was a remember of gala now it has changed to buzz but i still cannot log in as it says unrecognised details.
Hi Alison! Although all the land bingo halls that used to be called Gala are now called Buzz, the same is not true of the online bingo sites. Gala Bingo online is a completely separate operation and Buzz Bingo online is connected with the bingo halls. You should be able to register at Buzz Bingo online with your bingo hall membership number. Hope that helps.
It says live chat so I started one so I could deposit with paysafecard that was a waste of time after sending 3 messages and getting no response it then said nobody was available i also sent an email last week with no reply. Paysafecard doesn’t seem to be on the deposit methods and if it is I don’t have the option to add new deposit method
Thanks for the feedback – we’ll contact Buzz to find out what has happened but it looks like they no longer accept that payment method. Our apologies.
Buzz say that they do accept paysafecard but there was a delay in the implementation. It’s back now.
