Bingostars is an independent bingo site with bingo rooms by Pragmatic Play and a great new welcome offer including free tickets for Big Bass Bingo.
When Bingostars was launched towards the end of 2022, you might have thought the name Bingostars sounded familiar and you’d have been right – there was indeed another bingo site called Bingostars in operation from 2013 to 2020. It was one of the so-called “Rocket X” bingo sites that were powered by the now defunct Bede Gaming bingo software and taken over by Leo Vegas in 2020. Other sites in that group including Pink Casino moved on to the Pragmatic Play bingo software but Bingostars was closed.
The new version of Bingostars does have Pragmatic Play bingo rooms and the logo looks very similar to that of the old site, but it’s a completely different operator – Dazzletag, who operate a number of other sites including Peachy Games and Casushi. It seems that Dazzletag bought the name but otherwise it’s a brand new site.
Dazzletag have years of experience in online bingo with their Bingocams site, which ran on proprietary software allowing players to use webcams to film and share their winning moments. A revolutionary idea at the time, it was superseded by the simple fact that most people these days are playing on their phones, not at a computer with a webcam. Hence the choice of Pragmatic Play for Peachy Games, and now for Bingostars, and the retirement of the proprietary software.
The registration process at Bingostars is quick and easy. Do bear in mind that
As of April 2025 the line-up of bingo rooms at Bingostars is as follows. You’ll recognise some of the rooms from other Pragmatic Play sites, but a few have different names at Bingostars to fit in with the theming.
At launch they made much of having exclusive bingo rooms and chat hosts but sadly there was no sign of either of those things at my last visit.
Nevertheless, Pragmatic Play is a great bingo product and there’s enough liquidity for prizes to be worthwhile. The lobby is tabbed so you can have up to three rooms open at a time and switch between them quickly, and prebuy is available up to 28 days ahead of time.
Minigame versions of some of the most popular slot games by Pragmatic Play and Eyecon can be played inside the bingo rooms and in the bingo lobby.
An impressive selection of more than 2500 slot games is available in the Slots area of Bingostars; they are listed in alphabetical order without categorisation but it’s easy to scroll through the list and add games to Favourites by activating the heart icons on the game tiles.
The home page shows your most recently played games (handy if you tried a new game and forgot to add it to Favourites) as well as Favourites and a selection of around 50 of the most popular games.
In the Jackpots tab, you’ll find Mega Moolah, WOWPots, Divine Fortune, Mega Fortune, Jackpot King, Eyecon jackpot slots and several others.
The Live Casino part of the site has tabs for roulette, blackjack, poker, baccarat and game shows, the latter including titles from all of the big three (Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Playtech).
In the Slingo lobby tab, there’s more than 60 variations on Slingo (and related games such as Baking Bonanza).
There’s a well stocked Table Games tab including first person versions of some of Evolution’s game shows and novelty roulette games.
The Instant tab brings together a miscellaneous selection of games including scratchcards, Lucky Tap, lotto and minesweeper style games, video bingo and crash games.
Bingostars also has some curated lobby tabs which can help you to find slot games quickly. Popular does just what it says on the tin with titles such as Starburst, Rainbow Riches, Blue Wizard, Bonanza and several Big Bass and Fluffy games. New is for recently added games whether they are actually new releases or back catalogue games that are new to Bingostars. The third tab is seasonal – as of April 2025 it was called Spring Picks.
If you still haven’t found a game you want to play, the search facility lets you search by game name or provider, though the latter is a bit hit and miss (it didn’t recognise Big Time Gaming or ELK). Unfortunately there’s no way to search on game features or game themes. It would also be nice if there was a bit more information on the game tiles (provider, jackpot size, features, volatility, RTP) apart from just the name.
Bingostars has run a lot of exclusive promotions in the past but there didn’t seem to be much on at my last visit apart from a spin-the-wheel style of deposit offer and the ubiquitous Drops & Wins from Pragmatic Play.
There’s a good range of deposit methods, no fees for any of them and most can be used to claim the welcome offer. Bingostars is also one of the few bingo sites that has enabled Trustly deposits.
Bingostars may not have turned out to be quite the exciting bingo community promised at launch, but it’s still a great site with an decent selection of bingo rooms and plenty of other games to try.
None – winnings from welcome offer bingo tickets and spins directly credited to cash balance
Dazzletag’s Responsible Gaming page is well laid out and there are direct links to the basic safer gambling tools under the “Play Safe” initiative (which is prominently linked from the top of the page as well as the footer). Session limits and daily wagering/loss limits can also be set, by contacting customer services.
